Welcome to Golden Mile Zines: a zine-making project that celebrates expressions of identity, creativity, and the space youth take up within the Golden Mile community.

Curated by Makers Toronto, the exhibition portrays self-published zines, each containing tidbits the youth deemed worthy of sharing with the community. From favourite food spots and fun stories with friends to highlighting the importance of community, these zines share a glimmer of the happenings in the lives of youth.

The workshops highlighted art techniques such as block printing, story writing, drawing, painting, and photography — all of which were used to create these zines.
